Trusted travel . Pake jasa travel ini best banget 🫶🏻. Staff nya kasih service yang best, ramah, dan aku ikut public trip snorkelingnya di Gili trawangan, gili air dan gili meno. Walopun rata rata orang asing semua, tapi tetep seru karena bisa ketemu temen baru. Guide saat snorkeling best bgt, selalu mengarahkan kita saat snorkeling dan gak lupa kita di videoin dan difoto di spot spot snorkeling tersebut. Pokoknya menyenangkan ikut trip ini 💗. I joined their morning snorkeling trip to the 3 Gili Islands. The group had about 25 people, which I think is quite a lot but everything was well organized.

The booking process was smooth, with the WhatsApp admin responding quickly to all my questions. On site, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the guide was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Since it was not a local holiday season, I didn’t see many Indonesians on the trip. Most participants were international tourists, so all guiding and explanations were conducted entirely in english.

Fins and snorkel masks were provided for all participants, while life jackets were available but optional. Documentation was also included for everyone, although it can be a bit difficult to get many photos or videos since the crew focuses more on capturing divers rather than taking individual shots of each participant.

I would not recommend the trip for complete beginners or those who cannot swim, as the number of guides is limited and they cannot monitor everyone individually. If possible, bring at least one friend along so you can look out for each other.

Pengalaman yg pengen aku ulang, bener” diarahin dg baik sm guideny. Buat kk Abu makasi banyak slama di gili udh dikasi rekomendasi tmpt yg cantik cantik. Pelayanan super ramah anti ribet dr awal ngobrol buat skedar tanya. Aku Survey cari perbandingan harga dll ke guide lain akhirny memutuskan pke jasa lombokpacker krna fast respon dan slalu dikasi opsi terbaik. Anti gagal dan  pastinya dibuat good mood trus kita yg lg healing ke gili krna dokumentasinya jernih. if you think about trip to Gili trawangan, lombok packer is the best recommend agent to choose. they are truly professional, helpful and fast respond .
